Unified inbox for local businesses
Calls, texts, email, your website chatbot, and Facebook and Instagram messages, all in one thread per customer, all on your phone. No more finding a lead three days after they gave up on you.
The problem
Leads die in five different apps
Somebody messaged your Facebook page on Tuesday asking if you could come out this week. You found it Friday, buried behind notifications you stopped checking months ago. They booked someone else Wednesday. The lead did not go to a better company. It went to whoever saw the message.
It gets worse when the conversations live on personal phones. Your tech texts customers from his own number because it is easier, and every one of those threads walks out the door with him the day he quits. Job details, addresses, promises made. Gone, and you never even knew they existed.
Even when nothing is lost, nothing is findable. A customer swears you quoted one price and you remember another, and the proof is somewhere across two phones, an email account, and three messaging apps. You spend the evening scrolling instead of settling it in ten seconds.
How it works
Every channel, one thread, one app
Customers keep messaging however they like. You stop chasing it across apps.
- 1
A message comes in anywhere
A call, a text, an email, a Facebook or Instagram DM, a chat on your site, and on Grow a message from your Google listing.
- 2
It lands in one inbox
One app on your phone and your computer. You see everything the business received, in one list, newest first.
- 3
It joins the customer's thread
Their call from March, their text from Tuesday, their DM from today: one history, in order, in one scroll.
- 4
You reply from the same place
Answer the DM, the text, and the email without switching apps. The reply goes back out on the channel they used.
What you get
The whole conversation, owned by the business
- Every channel connected. Calls, texts, email, your website chatbot, and Facebook and Instagram messages, wired in during your build. Add Google Business Profile messages once you are on Grow.
- One thread per customer. The full history in one scroll, so you walk into every conversation knowing what was already said.
- Your team on one system. Employees reply from the business inbox instead of their own phones, and everyone can see what was handled.
- A record that stays. When someone leaves the company, every conversation they had stays with the business, searchable.
- Notifications that actually reach you. A new message pings your phone once, in one app, instead of hiding in whichever app you forgot.

Unified inbox questions
Do my employees have to give customers their personal numbers?
No, and that is half the point. They text and call through the business number from the inbox app, so the customer saves one number and the conversation belongs to the company. Personal phones go back to being personal.
Which channels can it pull in?
Calls and texts on your business number, email, Facebook and Instagram messages, and chats from your website chatbot. On Grow, messages from your Google Business Profile land here too. We connect each one during the build, and you can start with just the ones you use.
Will customers notice anything different?
Nothing changes on their end. They message your Facebook page or text your number exactly like before, and your reply comes back on the same channel. The only difference they feel is that you answer faster.
What happens to conversations when an employee leaves?
They stay. Every thread lives in the business account, not on anyone's device, so the history survives the goodbye. You remove their login and the next person picks up where they left off, with the whole record in front of them.
Do I need a new phone or a second device?
No. The inbox is an app on the phone already in your pocket, plus a desktop version for whoever runs the office. One note on texting: replies from your business number can start once your A2P registration is approved, which we handle during setup.
