Reactivation campaigns that wake up your customer list
Somewhere in your records is every customer who already trusted you once. A short text at the right moment reminds them it is time again, and it costs less than any ad you will ever run.
The problem
You are paying strangers to ignore you while past customers forget you
Here is a strange habit almost every local business shares. You spend real money on ads chasing people who have never heard of you, while a list of people who already paid you, liked the work, and would book again sits untouched in an old spreadsheet or a shoebox of invoices. Those customers did not leave you for a competitor. They just forgot. Life got busy, the fridge magnet fell off, and when the furnace needed its checkup they googled someone new.
The forgetting has a rhythm you can set a watch to. Tune-up season arrives and your phone stays quiet until the first cold night, when everyone calls at once. The quarterly pest treatment lapses. The six-month cleaning slides to nine months. Every one of those gaps is a job that should have been yours by default, lost to nothing but silence.
Then comes the seasonal cliff: the slow months where the schedule empties out and the ad spend goes up out of panic. A warm list smooths that cliff better than any campaign aimed at strangers, because these people only need a nudge, not a pitch.
How it works
From dusty list to booked calendar
You approve the message. One tap sends it. Replies turn into jobs.
- 1
Your list gets organized
Past customers move into your CRM with what they had done and when, so we know who is due for what.
- 2
The message gets written
Short and personal, like a note from you: it has been a year since your tune-up, want us to come by? You approve it first.
- 3
The campaign goes out
Texts reach only the customers who agreed to hear from you, spaced out so replies stay manageable.
- 4
Replies become bookings
Answers land in your inbox with a booking link ready, and returning customers pick a slot without a single phone call.
What you get
Repeat work on a schedule you control
- Campaigns timed to your trade. Tune-up season, quarterly treatments, six-month cleanings, annual inspections. The reminder lands when the need is real.
- Consent built in, not bolted on. Messages go only to customers who agreed to hear from you, and every text carries a working opt-out that is honored instantly.
- Your name on every word. No campaign leaves without your sign-off, and it reads like you wrote it, because you effectively did.
- Cheaper than chasing strangers. A text to someone who already trusts you costs pennies. Compare that to what one cold click costs in your market.
- The slow season gets a floor. Instead of waiting out the quiet months, you fill them on purpose with customers who were due anyway.

Reactivation campaign questions
Is this just spam with my name on it?
No, and the difference matters legally and personally. Spam goes to strangers who never asked. These messages go only to your own customers who consented to hear from you, about a service they already buy, with an opt-out in every text. Someone who taps stop never hears from the campaign again.
My customer records are a mess. Can you still use them?
Almost certainly. Spreadsheets, invoice software exports, even a stack of paper job tickets can be turned into a clean list in your CRM. We help you sort out who consented to texts and who should get a phone call or nothing at all.
How often do campaigns go out?
As often as the service cycle justifies and no more. An HVAC list might hear from you twice a year, a pest control list quarterly. Over-texting burns a list that took years to build, so we always err on the quiet side.
Why not just run ads instead?
Ads have their place, but they make you pay full price to introduce yourself to a stranger. A past customer already knows your work, so the reminder only has to say it is time, not convince anyone of anything. Do the cheap thing first, then decide if you still need the expensive one.
Why can't the first campaign send on day one?
Carrier rules require business texting to be registered through A2P before automated messages go out. We file that registration during your build, and nothing sends until it is approved. It protects your deliverability, so your texts arrive instead of getting filtered as junk.
