Online booking for local businesses
People decide they need you at ten at night, from the couch, long after the phone stops getting answered. A booking page on your website lets them grab a time right then instead of hoping you call back.
The problem
Phone tag is where good jobs go to die
Booking a job by phone sounds simple until you count the steps. They call while you are on a ladder. You call back at five and they are at dinner. They try again in the morning and you are in a crawlspace with no signal. Somewhere in that loop they gave up and found a company with an open calendar, and neither of you can say exactly when it happened.
Then there are the people who never call at all. They look for help at night, after the kids are in bed, when calling a business feels pointless. If your site only offers a phone number, you are telling that person to wait until morning. By morning the urgency has faded, or someone with a book now button already has them.
And the jobs you do land by phone live in your head, a paper calendar, or a text you cannot find. Two jobs end up in the same slot, one customer gets bumped, and now you are apologizing instead of working.
How it works
From their couch to your calendar, no phone call
The booking page lives on your website and runs around the clock.
- 1
They open your booking page
From your website, a text thread, or your Google listing. Ten at night works as well as ten in the morning.
- 2
They pick a real opening
The page only shows times you actually have, under rules you set. No stranger booking your Sunday.
- 3
The job lands on your calendar
Name, number, address, and what they need, all attached. A confirmation goes out on its own.
- 4
The slot gets protected
The booking lands on your calendar with the customer's details attached. On Grow and up, reminders go out ahead of the appointment so the person who booked at midnight still shows up on Thursday.
What you get
Your calendar, running itself
- A booking page built into your website. We build it, host it, and wire it to your calendar as part of the system.
- Your rules, not the internet's. You set the services people can book, your hours, travel buffers, and how much notice you need.
- No more double bookings. The page reads your real calendar, so a taken slot simply is not offered to the next person.
- Confirmations without lifting a finger. The customer gets the time, the details, and your number the moment they book.
- One link that works everywhere. Drop it in a text thread, your Google profile, or an estimate, and it books the same way every time.

Online booking questions
Can strangers book times I do not want to work?
No. You set the hours, the days, the minimum notice, and the gap between jobs before anything goes live. If you do not work Sundays, Sunday never appears as an option. The page can only offer what you told it to offer.
What about jobs I have to see before I can quote?
Then the page books the site visit, not the job. Most trades set it up to book a free estimate: a short window where you look at the work and price it. The customer still gets the instant yes they wanted, and you still control the quote.
Will it double-book me against jobs I already have?
No, because it reads your actual calendar. When a slot fills, from the page or from you writing a job in yourself, it disappears from what the next visitor sees. One slot, one job.
Do people really book online, or do they just call?
Some will always call, and nothing about your phone changes. The booking page is an extra lane for the ones who browse at night, hate phone calls, or already know what they need. Those people were bouncing off a phone-only site before. Now they book.
What happens if I need to move an appointment?
Move it on your calendar and the customer gets the updated details automatically. Booking confirmations go out by text once your business texting registration (A2P) is approved, which we handle during the build. Email covers the gap until then. Automated appointment reminders start on Grow and up.
