Pressure washing websites + a lead system that answers

You cannot hear a phone over a machine at full throttle. Midwatch builds you a website and lead system that quotes and books while you finish the driveway that sells the next three. The calls the machine drowned out get a text back automatically.

The problem

One bright driveway sells the street, if they can reach you

Pressure washing is a neighbor business. You finish a driveway, it dries bright, and half the block starts glancing at their own concrete. What follows is a burst of "pressure washing near me" and "house wash cost" searches from people who want a number quickly, in season, while the itch is fresh.

But most operators are one person and a machine. Wand in hand, engine wide open, ear protection in. The phone might as well not exist. When you finally shut down and check it, the neighbor who watched you work all morning has a price from a company that never set a tire on the street. The proof of your work is sitting right there in the sun, selling for somebody else.

The frustrating part is how easy these jobs are to close. A photo of the siding or the driveway is usually enough to price it, and a typical house wash runs a few hundred dollars. Every call that rings out is a fast, nearly pre-sold job handed to somebody else, on a street you already conquered.

The system, tuned for pressure washing

Quoted and booked with the engine still running

The same Midwatch system, set up for a seasonal, visual, mostly solo trade where the machine drowns out everything. The first, second, and third steps ride on Pro. The text invoice in step 4 switches on with Grow.

Your best side-by-side shots front and center, services and pricing questions handled, tap to call. Built and run by Midwatch.

  2. 2

    Heard over the engine

Any call you miss gets a text back in seconds, so curiosity from the block never goes cold.

  3. 3

    Quotes from a photo

The request form collects pictures of the surface, so you can price most jobs from the truck.

  4. 4

    Paid at the curb

On Grow and up, the invoice goes out by text and gets paid before the concrete is even dry.

Answers

Pressure washing questions

I run solo and the machine is loud. What happens when I miss a call?

The caller gets a text within seconds that sounds like you: acknowledges the call, asks about the job, points them to booking. You keep washing. When you break for water, the conversation is already moving in your inbox, and half the time there is a photo of their driveway waiting with it.

Can I really quote without driving out?

Most of the time, yes. The request form asks for photos of the driveway, siding, or deck along with rough dimensions, which is enough to price the bulk of residential work. The tricky ones you still eyeball in person, like always.

My season runs roughly April through October. Do I pay all year?

Your choice. There is no contract, so you can cancel for winter and restart in spring. Some operators keep it live year-round because the off-season is when the Grow reactivation messages quietly fill the first weeks of the schedule.

What is actually in each plan?

Pro includes your website, Google Business Profile, local SEO, booking, chatbot, missed-call text-back, business phone, and one inbox. Grow adds review requests, listings sync, invoicing and payments, along with the reminders that bring last season's customers back. Scale layers in the AI receptionist, AI chatbot, and AI follow-up, answering every lead in under 60 seconds. There is no contract and no setup fee, so you can pause the plan for winter and pick it back up in spring. Two house washes a month you would have otherwise missed cover what Pro costs. Call and we will tell you which plan fits your season and what it runs.

I have hundreds of before-and-after photos on my phone. Now what?

Those photos are your best salesman and they are currently invisible. Midwatch pulls the strongest ones onto your site, where they do the convincing before anyone even calls.
