One pipeline for every lead and job

The whiteboard in your head works until the day it does not. This puts every lead and every job on one board, first call to paid, with the app on your phone.

The problem

Somewhere out there is an estimate you never sent

You walked the property, measured everything, told the homeowner you would get them a number by Friday. Then two emergencies and a supplier problem later, Friday came and went. They did not chase you for it. They just hired the company that sent theirs. You never even got to lose on price.

Keeping it all in your head worked when it was you and a helper. Now it is a dozen open jobs, three pending quotes, a callback you promised somebody's mother, and a crew asking where they are going Monday. So the cracks show up in expensive ways. Two crews roll up to the same address. A customer calls asking about the quote nobody remembers promising. And the question that haunts every growing shop: who was supposed to call them back?

Paper and memory do not scale. There is simply more business than one head can hold. The fix is a board where every lead and job lives, visible from your phone, so nothing depends on you remembering it.

How it works

Every job on one board, first call to paid

Leads become cards. Cards move through stages. Nothing falls off the edge.

  1. 1

Every lead lands on the board

Calls, texts, website chats, and form fills become cards automatically. No typing anything in after a long day.

  2. 2

    Jobs move through your stages

New lead, estimate sent, scheduled, in progress, done, paid. Named for how your work actually flows, not some sales team's.

  3. 3

The board flags what is stuck

A quote sitting untouched for a week stands out on the screen instead of hiding in your memory until it is too late.

  4. 4

    Paid closes the loop

Once the money lands, the card hits the last column and the job is done on paper as well as in the driveway. Tracking it here is Pro. Sending the invoice and taking the card is a Grow feature.

What you get

The whole business on one screen

  • One board, every job. Every open lead, pending quote, and scheduled job in one view. Ten seconds of looking replaces an hour of trying to remember.
  • The owner app on your phone. Check the board from the truck, move a job forward from the driveway, see what came in while you were under a sink.
  • Conversations attached to jobs. Every call, text, and chat with a customer sits on their card, so "what did we tell them" takes one tap to answer.
  • Nothing goes stale quietly. Cards that stop moving are visible at a glance, so the forgotten estimate stops being a thing that happens to you.
  • Built around your trade. We set up the stages with you on the kickoff call to match how your jobs really run, then adjust them as the business changes.
  • Power dialer on Grow. Call down a list straight from the board, one number after another, with notes and outcomes logged automatically as you go.

Answers

CRM pipeline questions

I am not a computer guy. Is this complicated?

If you can move a magnet on a fridge, you can move a card on this board. Jobs slide from one column to the next with a thumb. We set the whole thing up for you, and the app on your phone shows the same board you would see anywhere else.

Do I have to type every lead in myself?

No. Calls, texts, website chats, and form fills create cards on their own. The board fills itself from the ways customers already reach you. The only manual entry is the occasional lead that walks up to you at the hardware store, and adding that one takes seconds.

My whiteboard has worked for years. Why change?

Because the whiteboard is in the office and you are in a crawlspace. It cannot remind you about the quote from nine days ago, it does not show the conversation behind each name, and it gets erased. The board does the same job the whiteboard did, except it travels with you and never forgets.

Can my office manager or crew see it too?

Yes. Anyone you add sees the same board, so "who was supposed to call them back" becomes a question the screen answers instead of an argument. You choose who can move jobs and who can just look.

What happens to jobs after they are paid?

They stay on file with the full history: the conversations, the estimate, the invoice. That record becomes your list for next season, when a text to past customers can fill a slow week. Finished work is an asset, and the board is where it collects.
