How do the plans work, and what is the catch?
No catch. Three plans, and every plan includes a full website. Pro covers your site, phone number, chatbot, booking, and missed-call text-back. Grow, the plan we recommend, adds review requests, listings management, and invoicing. Scale adds an AI voice receptionist and advanced automations. No contract either way, and you can cancel anytime. We only keep you if it keeps working. Book a call and we will go through what each plan runs for your shop.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not necessarily. The website was never the point. We can rebuild it on any plan or plug the system into what you have. Either way the leaks stop and your leads get answered.
Is this just another monthly bill?
It replaces tools you already pay for, like your website and maybe an answering service. Three booked jobs a month you would otherwise have missed cover Grow. In trades where a single job runs into five figures, one save you make covers the year.
Is there a one-time setup fee?
No setup fee. Your monthly plan covers the build: writing and building the site, your business phone number, the booking calendar, your inbox and pipeline, and registering your business texting so it is carrier-compliant. Missed-call text-back is included on every plan, set up at no extra charge.
What is in each plan, and what's available as an add-on?
Pro covers your custom website, hosting and SSL, a unified inbox, a business phone number, a website chatbot, online booking, missed-call text-back, and local SEO. Grow adds everything in Pro plus review requests, listings management, invoicing and online payments, e-signatures, and reactivation and lead nurturing campaigns. Scale adds everything in Grow plus an AI voice receptionist, AI website chatbot, AI review responses, custom automations, advanced SEO, and advanced reporting. On top of any plan, the extras are Google Ads management and Meta Ads management, quoted by scope. Nothing turns on without you saying yes to the number first. We cover the plan cost and any add-ons together on the call.
Am I locked into a contract?
No contract. Month to month. If it stops earning its keep, you cancel. No hoops.

How the day-to-day works
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. The system works alongside your existing number, so customers still reach you the way they always have.
Will the automatic texts annoy my customers?
No. An instant text beats a voicemail nobody returns, you approve the tone before anything turns on, and a real person can jump into any conversation at any time.
Is this like Angi or a shared-lead service?
The opposite. Shared-lead services sell the same customer to five businesses and make you race for it. Midwatch only catches calls that were already coming to you. Your leads stay yours.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. One short onboarding call and the system runs itself. You get one inbox app on your phone, and if you never open it, the system still answers, books, and reminds without you.
How fast can this go live?
The full build, including missed-call text-back, is live in 7 days.
Do you run Google or Meta ads too?
Yes, Google Ads management and Meta Ads management, as add-ons quoted by scope. They sit on top of any plan because ad spend and campaign work scale with your market and budget. One rule: we will not run ads into a phone that leaks, so your plan comes first.
Why do texts need to be "registered"?
US carriers require business texting to be registered (it is called A2P 10DLC) or they quietly filter your messages. We handle the registration as part of your build, so your texts actually arrive. Until your registration is approved, no automated texts go out. That is the rule, and we follow it.

What we will not promise
Can you guarantee me a number of leads?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the build: your site live on time, and a text back on every missed call. How many people call depends on your market, your reputation, and your season. What we promise is that the ones who do call stop slipping away.
Do you have case studies and stats?
We have one real build we are proud of, running live at Young's Handyman, and we would rather show you that than invent numbers. As real results come in from real clients, we will publish them. Nothing on this site is a made-up metric.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
You keep your domain, always. The system, hosting, and automations stop when the monthly stops, and if you want your content exported we hand it over without drama.
What if it does not work for my business?
Then cancel. No contract means the risk of trying it is one month, and the free demo means you see the site before even that. We built the terms so that the worst case is small and visible up front.
