These Terms of Service govern your use of the Midwatch website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Midwatch builds and hosts a website for your business and provides a lead-management system that may include missed-call text-back, booking, review requests, a shared inbox, and related tools. The specific features included depend on the plan you sign up for.

Billing and cancellation

  • The monthly subscription is billed each month in advance. There is no setup fee.
  • There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the access we need to build and run your system.
  • Use the messaging and calling features in compliance with applicable laws, including obtaining consent before texting your own customers.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

Website ownership and content

You own your business content, logo, and photos. While your subscription is active, we host and maintain your site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you ask us to publish.

Text messaging

Messaging features are provided subject to carrier requirements, including A2P 10DLC registration. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
